We recently completed pressure washing a St. Augustine area home and the owners were delighted at how bright and fresh their relatively new home looked.
When the homeowners contacted us, they expressed concern and surprise at how dirty their home’s exterior had become. Even though the house was only 2 and half years old, it was already showing significant mold and mildew on the eaves and columns.
And while they could not clearly see it, the dark green stucco siding also had issues, particularly in the shadowed areas where the sprinkler system tended to mist moisture along the sides.
